Leadership Competencies

The Leadership Competencies app is designed for users to reflect on their use of the 60 different Student Leadership Competencies.

The app includes three elements.

1. Reflection Questions: Users can play a digital card game that prompts them to answer a unique question about their use of one of the 60 competencies. Flip cards for random pairings of new questions and new competencies.

2. Competency Rankings: Users have the ability to select and rank their top leadership competencies in the following categories: strengths, goals, life, and career.

3. Activities: Users can see suggestions for activities to develop selected competencies.
